Delivery Information

Kerbside delivery / Drop off delivery

This is a drop off only service, the safe will be dropped off at the entrance of your property and not taken inside. Please ensure you have the necessary means to move and position the safe in your property.

A signature will be required upon delivery.

Typical turnaround is 5 working days for delivery of goods from date of order. Our Couriers will contact you closer to the time to arrange specific details.

We do offer pre-arranged delivery at a time / date that suits you but there may be an additional charge for this.

We also offer fast track delivery on certain products. Please contact us directly to enquire about expedited delivery.

Delivery & position (Ground Floor)

This service is recommended for larger safes. The safe will be taken into the building and placed in position on the Ground floor, providing there is no more than one step on the route.

Delivery & boltdown / base fixing (Ground Floor)

Deliver and boltdown (recommended for all larger safes). An engineer will take the safe into the property and bolt it down into position.

Please note that all delivery costs are for mainland UK only. Additional charges may apply for Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, IoW, IoM and Channel Islands.

We process orders to the EU on a case by case basis. Please contact us directly if you are not based in the UK.

All delivery & position and delivery & boltdown costs are for ground floor only.

For installations we may require a risk assessment form to be completed and returned.
This is to ensure that the safe is positioned as requested and follows guidelines for health and safety.
Our installers will contact you within 5 to 10 days of the signed, completed form being returned to arrange delivery.
